1. Using the service
LeadQueen provides a directory for discovering businesses and tools that participating business owners may use to manage profiles and customer inquiries. You agree to use the site lawfully and not interfere with its operation or other users.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, keeping your credentials secure, and activity under your account. Do not impersonate another person or business. You must have appropriate authority to create or manage a business listing.
3. Business listings and content
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and currency of their listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and communications. By submitting content, you represent that you have the rights needed to publish it and authorize LeadQueen to display it as part of the service. LeadQueen may review, restrict, or remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
4. Directory information
LeadQueen provides discovery and communication tools; it does not automatically endorse, certify, verify, or guarantee any business, product, service, qualification, availability, or outcome. Visitors should independently evaluate businesses before purchasing or hiring.
5. Communications and transactions
Inquiries sent through LeadQueen may be shared with the intended business. Unless expressly stated otherwise, any resulting services, purchases, appointments, or agreements are between the visitor and the business, not LeadQueen. Businesses are responsible for their own customer communications and compliance obligations.
6. Acceptable use
Do not submit fraudulent or misleading listings, spam other users, harvest personal information without authorization, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, or use the platform to violate the rights of others.
7. Paid features
LeadQueen may offer paid business plans or optional services. Any prices, billing intervals, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and plan-specific conditions should be disclosed at checkout or in applicable subscription terms before a purchase is made. This draft does not establish a billing or refund policy.
8. Availability and changes
Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may restrict access to protect users or the service, subject to applicable law and any agreements governing paid features.
9. Intellectual property
The LeadQueen name, branding, website design, and original platform content are owned by their respective rights holders. You retain rights to content you lawfully submit, subject to the permission to display it described above.
10. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Any warranties, liability limitations, and dispute-resolution provisions should be reviewed and finalized with qualified legal counsel before they are relied upon.
